José Quintino, aka Hangloser, presents the new EP on September 28 by MERA Label. After the launch on Januray 2019 of his de-but record, Proposition 1231 - first release of the music label Capital Decay, which he co-founded - Hangloser turns north and partners Porto’s label for the second part of a path that explores the ethereal relation between the machine and the ambient.

Olaias Chicane picks up, literally, where the previous release left off, and proceeds to explore the nocturnal soundscape of the local car racing scene. A record that places us dancing in front of headlights, lowered cars, custom gauges and really, really loud engines. Every track title refers to an imaginary car model, each of them corresponding to the ideal setting for listening to the track.

The record, born out of this tuning set, invites us to get the car and cruise the city in a ride that will be anything but peaceful.
